Quote of the Day

"You have to consider the possibility that God does not like you. He never wanted you. In all probability, he hates you. This is not the worst thing that can happen." --Tyler Durden, Fight Club

Just Watched The Skeleton Key...Need Answers

posted Tuesday, 27 June 2006

The The Skeleton Key is a horror flick about a girl who moves into an old house in the Louisiana swamps to take care of an old couple.

Okay, I did not get the ending to this movie.  I was sitting there 10 minutes after it was over, trying to make plot connections, and I'm still thinking "Huh?"

So at the end, I know that Justify and Cecile take over the bodies of Luke and Caroline.  So does that mean Luke's and Caroline's souls went into the old people?  Were Justify and Cecile actually the two old people the whole time and just pretending?  Also, at what point, did Justify take over Luke's body?  Was Luke a good guy, bad guy, or was he just being used by the old people and/or Justify and Cecile?

Did any of that make sense?
